What is CBD?
CBD (short for Cannabidiol) is a natural compound found in hemp. Unlike THC, CBD does not cause an intoxicating feeling.

Is CBD Legal?
Yes, CBD without THC is legal in all 50 states.
Can I take CBD on a plane?
Yes, you can take all InTune products on domestic flights because they are THC free. Still worried? Leave the talking to us. We include a small flyer in every order addressing law enforcement and detailing the legality of our products. It's small and easy to fit in a wallet or travel with! Will CBD show up on a drug test?
InTune CBD will not cause you to fail a drug test for THC.
The average drug test is not designed to detect CBD or any other compounds found in hemp/cannabis other than THC.
That being said, we cannot speak for other company's products and THC testing procedures.
What's the difference between a tincture and a soft chew?
Oral CBD Tinctures: flavored CBD oil, available in a 30mL glass bottle and measured dropper to measure dosage.
Directions: drip under tongue and hold for 15-30 seconds before swallowing.
Effectiveness: oral CBD Tinctures is considered the most effective way to take CBD because there is a CBD receptor underneath your tongue.
CBD Soft Chews: flavored CBD used to formulate edible Soft Chews (or gummies).
Directions: eat 1 chew as needed.
Effectiveness: taking an edible product (Soft Chews) is processed through your digestive track and therefore some of the CBD will be discarded by your liver. Therefore, tinctures are the most effective way to administer CBD.
How much should I take?
There is no right or wrong way to take CBD. We suggest starting off with small doses and increase as needed. Keep in mind, it does take approximately 2 weeks of consistent use to experience CBD's full potential.
What's the best way to take CBD?
Like anything, creating a regime for dosage and schedule helps retain the habit. Nonetheless, taking CBD on an empty stomach or in the morning vs the evening does not seem to have an impact on the effectiveness.
How will I know it's working?
The effects can start in as little as 10 mins after taking our Oral CBD Tinctures. Soft Chews tend to take a little bit longer due to the fact they are processed through the digestive tract (similar to a medication you would swallow like ib profen).
If the product you're using isn't providing the relief you seek, please reach out to our customer service team and they can aid you in dosage and strength recommendations.
How long does it last?
Everyone is different. CBD can last any range from 4 to 6 hours, depending on how high the dosage is compared to the relief you seek etc...
Can I take CBD on an empty stomach?
Currently, there is no evidence to support or deny whether taking CBD on an empty stomach has any impact on CBD's effectiveness.
Are there any side effects?
Like anything, there is a potential of side effects. Due to the high quality of our product, we can proudly say we have not had one negative remark about our product. If you are experiencing any side effects, please reach out to us and share your feedback!
Although our products do not have any known side effects, we have heard other brands have been known to cause dry mouth and drowsiness. We can only speculate it is due to the quality of the product.

How will I know when you’ve received my order?
www.InTuneCBD.com sends a confirmation email after an order is received.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been completed?
No. www.InTuneCBD.com cannot change the delivery address once an order has been processed.
After an order is placed, it is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible – on the same day in some cases.

In what sort of packaging will my order be shipped?
All InTune orders are shipped in discreet packaging, and the label does not state CBD anywhere.
Will the package be insured?
FedEx packages will be insured. Packages sent by www.InTuneCBD.com are covered by insurance, up to the point when they are delivered to the customer.
What if my package is damaged during transit?
If possible, customers should check the condition of their packages before signing for them. If the package is at all damaged, the customer should not sign for it. Refuse delivery, and ask the courier to return the package to the sender.
If a customer discovers that their package is damaged only after signing for it, they should contact Customer Care, toll-free at (888) 246-8650, to arrange for a replacement.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship in 1 business day. Labels are created Monday - Friday, at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Eastern Time (ET). If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we will be unable to make changes.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We offer free shipping to AFO/FPO/DPO addresses and US Territories. Please allow additional time for orders to arrive, because of the different time tables used by the Military Post and US Territory carriers.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes. www.InTuneCBD.com ships to PO Boxes.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
No. At the moment, InTune does not offer same-day delivery. However, InTune does offer Priority Overnight shipping for the Next Business Day in the Early AM.

Can you leave my package with a neighbor?
No. InTune packages can only be delivered to the address written on the package itself.

How can I return an item for replacement or for a refund?
Customers can arrange to return items and receive replacements by calling Customer Care, toll-free at (888) 246-8650. A Customer Care team member will review the customer’s options under InTune CBD policy.
